Welcome to shop.lyfstory.com.
LyfStory is a trade name of Lyfstory Media LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("LyfStory," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shop.lyfstory.com and any purchase you make through it (together, the "Site").
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Our products
Everything we sell is made to order. Nothing is held in stock. When you place an order, the item is printed or embroidered for you and then shipped.
This has a few practical consequences:
- Production takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships.
- Once production begins, an order cannot be changed or cancelled. See Section 5.
- Because each item is individually produced, small variations in print placement, color, and finish are normal and are not defects.
Product photographs and mockups are representative. Screen calibration varies, and the color you see may not match the garment exactly.
Blank garments are sourced from third-party manufacturers, and their sizing and availability are outside our control. We may substitute an equivalent blank or discontinue a product without notice.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
We collect Oklahoma sales tax where required. Sales tax applies to merchandise; separately stated shipping charges are not taxed.
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrectly listed price. If we do, we will notify you before charging you a different amount.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for any lawful reason — including suspected fraud, a shipping address we cannot verify, quantities that suggest resale, or a product that is no longer available. If we decline an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.
Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order. They do not guarantee acceptance or availability.
5. Changes and cancellations
Because items are made to order, the window for changes is short.
- Before production begins: email hello@lyfstory.com as soon as possible and we will try to change or cancel the order. We cannot guarantee we will reach it in time.
- After production begins: the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Please check your size and shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Our size charts are on each product page.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout combine production time and carrier transit time. They are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and address problems are outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we can reship it at your cost or refund the merchandise less shipping.

7. Returns, replacements, and refunds
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind.
We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered. Contact hello@lyfstory.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
Our Refund Policy governs these situations in full and is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the LyfStory name and logo, product designs, photographs, written descriptions, poetry, lyrics, and other original text — is owned by Lyfstory Media LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item. It does not transfer any rights in the designs or text printed on it.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or content, or use our name or marks, without our written permission. This includes reproducing our designs on merchandise of your own.
You may share links, photographs of products you own, and short excerpts with attribution. We encourage it.
9. Your content
If you send us photographs, reviews, testimonials, or stories, you keep ownership of them. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with LyfStory, including on the Site, in email, and on social media, with attribution where practical.
You confirm that anything you send is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights or privacy. Please do not send us other people's stories, photographs, or personal details without their permission.
We may remove any content at our discretion.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or harvest data, place fraudulent orders, or resell our products commercially without our written permission.
11. Third-party services
The Site runs on Shopify and relies on third parties for fulfillment, payment processing, and shipping. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, though we will help resolve problems with any order we accept.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that product descriptions and other content are accurate, complete, or current.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyfstory Media LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lyfstory Media LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you submit to us.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Before filing anything, please email hello@lyfstory.com. Most problems are a printing defect or a shipping mishap, and we would rather fix it than litigate it.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make changes, and material changes will be noted on the Site.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Site.
